The loss of a loved one can leave you feeling terribly alone. It is common to feel as if no one else really understands what you’re going through — even if you are surround by family & friends.
One way to help you feel less alone is to provide support to others. This may be other family & friends who are grieving the same loss or other people in your community. It may surprise you how much offering support to others can help you in your own grief.
